Deadlines in HomeWork

Monday

Amy decided to take a road trip with her girlfriend up the AlCan so It seemed like the perfect opportunity to do a little work on the home. Amy is quite the light sleeper and needs 100% sound proofing to sleep well and our upstairs bedroom was as open to the world as an airplane hangar. I devised a plan to keep this place as open as possible with a 6 foot glass door but make it as quite as prayer time in the bedroom. I had to start 1 day behind schedule because the building supply store was closed for inventory on sunday!!

Framing is Done Day 1, Now for the Electrics!!

Tuesday

The Girls are clipping along at a steady pace I'm hoping Banff and Whistler will keep them a while with all its magestic beauty and buy me a little construction time, the electrical hookup is proving challenging and time consuming. It's hard to make decisions on your house that will affect us for the rest of our lives.

Wednesday

This $1500 pickup truck is proving its worth already

We no longer had room for Saebo's Couch, we burned it in a funeral pyre

Thursday
I spend all Day at a North Slope Safety Training Workshop, all progress on the home improvement project stops.

Friday

This Taping and Floating Process is a big waiting process for layering and waiting to dry, It takes usually 3 days to get it all smooth, I don't really have 3 days these girls are driving like crazy they will be here in less than 2 day, so I have the heat in the house up to 85F to try to speed it up a bit.

Pro wedding pics-Walking the Aisle.

Craig's Dad was our marriage commissioner...from the photos it looked like father & son had a good time while waiting for me!

I love that the ladies wore such great hats in true British Fashion!

I would have liked to have heard what these boys were talking about all that time ;)

It was slightly breezy for the start of the ceremony..my veil actually blew off when I first stepped out of the Inn, so I ran back, my gals followed me then we did a quick fix for a second go!

Gorgeous ladies!

It was a slightly treacherous walk in heels..good thing Dad had my back.

I continued to have some veil issues :)

So I finally had enough and got rid of the thing for the ceremony...it was funny as Craig looked abit scared like I was changing my mind or something.
