New Life...New Home.

Craig and I having being living in the town of Paia for 7 months now (above pic)

As much as we like the convenience of being close to town, we live with 2 other households on the property. People live in the garage,  and then what used to be the master bedroom now a 'Studio'!

It's just getting too much for us....

With the baby on its way (80 days to go!) we have been looking for  a new place to nest and we found the most ridiculous house to rent in Haiku, about 10 minutes from where we live now. We signed a years lease yesterday and move in August 1st.

Firstly, its a gated community. Yep, ya can only get buzzed in and out. Cheapest house I have found to buy in the division was 1.6 Million. We share the massive property with the landlady who is lovely and very excited for the new life, I think that's how we got it (Pregnancy does have its advantages). Her house on the property is HUGE.

Anyway, Check out our new home...

It has what Craig calls 'man space'- a 2 car garage, then a huge work area underneath the house, for laundry and whatever project he will be currently working on.

This photo below is super glary but that's the ocean out there. Its an amazing view. We have dozens of fruit trees on the property so fresh banana, avocado, Lilikoi and Mango are for the taking.

This is the view from the master bedroom...

Our driveway connects to the main driveway which is about 400 yards long, lined with tropical trees and totally secluded and private.

I'm so excited I can barely contain myself, its a complete tropical oasis! I will enjoy being holed up with my baby alot more at this place.

Utah Invasion

I've been slightly behind blogging style....wow its been 5 months since our last post! 

Well, hopefully a bit of family bonding will get everyone back in our good books. 

We had the pleasure of the Saltsmans...plus Amy O #1 for a 5 day-beach spectacular visit to Maui.

Mike became our entertainment at the beaches with rad new skimboard moves... 

Lizzie came complete with 5 month bump that I had the pleasure of molesting when Mike Jr #2 started kicking. Bump was definitely a fan of crispy creme donuts.

Nice family bonding at Sugar beach....

Asher is quite the Daddy's boy right now.

Still gotta keep up to date with the putas...

What Offret reunion isn't complete without goofy pics?
