Nicki (a friend who used to live in Alaska) drove all the way from Virginia to spend time with me in New York!
I found a bargain last minute deal on cheaphotels.com at this super nice hotel, just a few blocks up from Times Square.

What a crazy city, the lights of broadway and times square are quite something else.
